Scope
This privacy notice applies to the Mineral Genesis website and information submitted through its contact and, once activated, newsletter forms. It does not apply to third-party websites reached through external links.
Mineral Genesis is based in Jaipur, India and supports clients globally.
Information collected
Contact enquiries
If you use the contact form, the website receives your name, work email address, organisation if supplied, area of interest and message. The mail handler also records the submitting internet address for basic security and delivery context.
Newsletter
The newsletter service is not yet connected. When activated, it will collect only an email address submitted voluntarily for that purpose. Newsletter subscribers will receive a clear unsubscribe option.
Technical information
The website may receive ordinary server request information needed to deliver pages and protect the service, such as internet address, browser type, requested page and request time.
How information is used
- To review and respond to an enquiry.
- To protect the contact form and website against misuse, spam and security threats.
- To maintain reliable website and email operation.
- To send the newsletter only when a person has separately requested it and the service is activated.

Contact-enquiry details are not added to a marketing list or used for unrelated promotional activity.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses browser local storage to remember whether you allowed Google reCAPTCHA to load on the contact page.
If you allow reCAPTCHA, the Google service may receive device and network information and use cookies or similar technologies for security assessment. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. Choosing “Essential only” prevents the website from loading reCAPTCHA on that visit; you can still contact Mineral Genesis directly by email.
You can reopen the choice panel at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Your choices
You may ask Mineral Genesis to provide information about, correct or delete personal information associated with an enquiry, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. You may also withdraw a newsletter subscription at any time once that service is active.

Retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose described, including responding to enquiries, maintaining appropriate business records, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations.
Reasonable organisational and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not include confidential, commercially sensitive or unnecessary personal information in an initial enquiry.
